Assistant Project Manager

As the Assistant Project Manager, you will assist the Project Manager whose responsibility is to oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects and assigned construction crews. This front-line management position helps lead their team to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
· Assist your assigned project manager with each project.
· Uploading of key project documentation such as project notes, pictures, status updates, etc
· Schedule, coordinate, and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects including subcontractors
· Review job site documentation to support the services provided
· Establish and maintain a high level of quality and professionalism on each job site
· Maintain written communication with the project manager, customers, teammates, and vendors
· Perform quality control checks during each phase of reconstruction
· Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets

Additional Responsibilities:
· Assist the Project Manager with managing customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
· Provide priority response to potential customers
· Be able to communicate changes to a job site’s work detail to subcontractors while minimizing delays.

Position Requirements
· Valid driver’s license
· High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred 
· At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
· At least 3 years of industry experience
· IICRC certification preferred
· Ability to read Xactimate estimates preferred

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
· Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
· Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
· Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
· Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
· Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
