Exact Solar is a growing solar installation and service business in need of an additional experienced team member to help us better organize and coordinate our growing field operations.

Desired Skills include strong interpersonal communication, accountability, and organization. Must be a problem solver with a strong sense of urgency to ensure projects are prepared and ready for the field crews to begin work.

Responsibilities

•

This position reports to the Operations Manager and executes day-to-day activities to ensure the company is running smoothly and efficiently

•

It also assists with special projects and initiatives designed to improve the overall performance of the company

•

Responsible for identifying bill of materials needed for jobs, reviewing inventory, and placing orders with suppliers

•

Responsible for reviewing the job schedule and communicating with customers about installation logistics

•

Responsible for liaising with with other units such as Sales, Service, or Accounting to support installation projects and customers

•

Responsible for executing special projects as directed by the Operations Manager as determined by departmental needs

•

Responsible for performing other duties as assigned including delivery coordination, warehouse inventory management, and more
