Lessen is looking for qualified appliance technicians to perform maintenance and handle numerous upcoming projects including renovations, turns and maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Install home appliances/equipment
- Accurately diagnose and repair appliances/equipment in the customer's home
Qualifications
- Commercial General Liability Insurance ($1M per occurrence/ $2M aggregate, worker’s comp if you have W2 employees)
- Experience working with single- family home investment properties
- Trade license if applicable
- Background check (ONLY applies to ongoing maintenance work, does not apply to renovations, or turns work)
