Lessen is looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to handle numerous upcoming projects including renovations, turns and maintenance.
You have past experience in an HVAC service technician role and hold an EPA certification.
Responsibilities:
- Repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency, such as by changing filters, cleaning ducts, or refilling non-toxic refrigerants
- Test pipe or tubing joints or connections for leaks, using pressure gauge or soap-and-water solution
- Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
Qualifications:
- Commercial General Liability Insurance ($1M per occurrence/ $2M aggregate, worker’s comp if you have W2 employees)
- Experience working with single- family home investment properties
- Trade license if applicable
- Background check (ONLY applies to ongoing maintenance work, does not apply to renovations, or turns work)
