Lessen is looking for an experienced Restoration Technician to handle numerous upcoming projects including renovations, turns and maintenance.You will be responding to customer needs for Water and Fire Restoration jobs. This includes the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities.
You are IICRC certified with meaningful previous experience in cleaning/restoration.
Responsibilities:
- Perform production/restoration process per work order and crew chief instructions
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
- Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
- Communicate openly with crew chief and other technicians
Qualifications:
- Commercial General Liability Insurance ($1M per occurrence/ $2M aggregate, worker’s comp if you have W2 employees)
- Experience working with single- family home investment properties
- Trade license if applicable
- Background check (ONLY applies to ongoing maintenance work, does not apply to renovations, or turns work)
