The ideal candidate will have general administrative experience, will be able to multitask, have a professional demeanor and basic accounting Duties include:
- Prepare and Distribute the Daily Revenue Report. Run reports to support the revenue/statistic entry. Be the liaison with the Department Heads when variances/discrepancies occur.
- Review Credit Card/Gift Card reconciliation prepared by Night Audit. Provide feedback and corrections as needed.
- Assist Accounting with filing and/or preparation of Closing Files
- Accounts Receivable responsibilities to support the Staff Accountant.
- Prepare and send recurring Direct Bill invoices.
- Prepare Group Summary for Catering Only Events.
- Code and Route Internal Comp packets. Complete and post the entry at month end.
- Run Accounting reports as assigned by the Controller or Staff Accountant
- Assist during the Month End/Year End financial close process.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Controller.
