This role entails inbound customer service in the form of answering phones, calling leads, and answering customers questions via e-mail and customer chat portals.
We are a 7 day a week company, and we are open from 7am to 8:30pm daily.
Our ideal candidate would have the following qualifications/skills:
- General computer skills
- The ability to communicate effectively and clearly via phone, in person, through email, through company chat
- The ability to talk on the phone and use the computer at the same time.
- Open availability/flexible schedule
