Fred's Appliance is looking for inbound call takers for our Customer Care department.

Job Description:

As a Customer Care Representative you will be answering inbound phone calls from a call queue, respond appropriately and resolve calls in an efficient manner. Inbound calls will include answering appliance questions, resolving immediate customer concerns, rerouting customers to the right department, and scheduling technician to a customer's home.

What we offer:

  • Set schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • No weekends, evenings or holidays

The right candidate would have the following skills:

  • Great communication skills
  • Typing speed with corrections of no less than 35 wpm (50+ preferred)
  • Proficient in Office 2013+ and Windows 10
  • Good organization and time management
  • Attention to customer care
Preferred Experience:

  • Customer Service
  • Scheduling software or point of sale software
  • Dispatch and routing of vehicles
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
