As a teacher, you’ll be working with children ranging from 4 months to 10 years of age, teaching programs that incorporate songs, dances, puppet shows, beginning gymnastics skills, sports, games, and a variety of other unique and exciting activities in a positive, noncompetitive, fun environment. We provide the amazing curriculum and training!

Position Requirements:

Ability to work up to 25 hours per week as needed, including weekends. Current available hours are part time but with the opportunity to increase as we grow and you complete training successfully. Willingness to cover shifts at our Happy Valley, OR location is a plus and could provide more hours.
Highly energetic
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
Experience working with children
Background in fitness and/or theater (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field)
Effective leadership and motivational skills
Effective time management
Adept sales skills
Clean background check
At least 18 years or older

Compensation:

Starts at $16.50 per hour with a raise once training is complete and you are a Shift Lead, or depending upon experience.
Tips from birthday parties
Party pay! Receive your hourly rate + tips + $25 per party once fully trained
The average trained staff member makes $16.50-21 per hour when considering tips and party pay.
