Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to help customers learn about life and health insurance products that are suited for them.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet opportunity goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
  • People-oriented
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Bilingual - Spanish preferred
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
