What does a Paul Davis Carpenter do?
  • Key part of our reconstruction department - working with the estimators, project managers and home owners helping  bring projects of all sizes to completion.
  • Job site management - assisting with scheduling and oversight of sub contractors
  • Hands on carpentry - all aspects from trim to cabinets, emergency boards ups to punchlists.
  • Continuously learn about improving results and setting proper expectations of others

Role on the Team (Job Functions):
  • Completion of work orders generated by the Pms
  • Communicate directly with homeowners
  • Assist PMS with delivery of materials
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Participate in local community events.
  • Build relationships with key customers – direct and B2B.
  • Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesman.
