Entry Level Position- No Insurance Experience Required but definitely a PLUS.  Prior office experience is preferred but not required.

About the Position...

Our Front Office Coordinator is the glue that holds us all together and keeps us on track.  This person is vital to our company's success and is a key component for ensuring our client's happiness.  We are looking for someone who is looking for long term employment with the opportunity to grow within our company.  Our new team member should also love dogs as Jax & Dixie our mini schnauzers frequently come to work. 

In this position you will be responsible for answering multiple phone lines, dealing with clients face-to-face, troubleshooting clients needs, checking emails, company mailings, annual account reviews, administrative duties including management and updating multiple computer systems, and handling our walk in traffic etc...

Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.

  • Must be able to type 35 words per minute
  • Must be available to work Monday - Friday in office during office hours
