General Scope of Department:

General Scope of Department:
There will be the requirement of learning both Receivables and Payables in this role. Although main job duties will fall on the Receivables side of the department. The AR duties for this position will be to ensure assigned builders job billings are complete in a timely manner, and follow up on any PO discrepancies until rectified. In addition, there are AP duties this position will be responsible for. These duties will include entering in all vendor invoices into the system, process payments and rectify statements. Additionally, one will need to ensure that all credits are received and applied to vendor accounts. AP staff is also responsible for all weekly contractor payroll.
Functional Areas of Accountability:
- Interact with scheduling department for information on work to be billed.
- Check vendor portals and/or AI server for POs for work to be billed.
- Work with clients to get incorrect POs adjusted to reflect the proper amount.
- Enter invoices received from vendors in to Jonas
- Rectify vendor statements
- Process payments to vendor
- Process contractor payroll weekly

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
