- Drive new membership, retail sales and member retention activities
- Implement and execute the sales process built on corporate LASER lead management workflow to schedule prospects into introductory classes, enroll them into a membership plan and retain members.
- Manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio including but not limited to Grass Roots, community networking events and studio promotion
- Provide exceptional level of customer service at the studio to existing members via face-to-face service, phone and email
- Become proficient at gym management software (ClubReady) to perform POS activities, troubleshoot client account inquiries, identify sales opportunities as well as report revenue sales, attendance reports, member renewals/upgrades to achieve sales targets.
- Manage, supervise, and schedule Sales Representatives staff
- Collect out-standing dues
- Enforce studio policies and procedures relating to customers
- Create Social media content to generate leads, foster member retention, and drive retails sales
- Regularly refresh retail on display and make recommendations for new retail. Ultimately assume responsibility for order management and vendor relations.
- Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
- Execute light housekeeping duties (e.g. order administrative supplies/studio literature; maintain cleanliness and organization; and other duties as assigned)
- This is a full-time position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability.
- Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retailMust have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
- Must be solution-based and results-oriented, competitive spirit and work collaboratively with owner
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
- An affinity and passion for fitness
- Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Rep
- Preference: 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience
- Preference: previous management or supervisory experience required
- Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and organized
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public
- Proficiency with computers and studio software
- Hourly base rate plus incentives
