Position Overview
We are looking for experienced State Farm, Agent Team Members to join our team. If you're in California or Nevada and you are looking for opportunities to grow and develop through the aspirant program and then one day open your own State Farm agency, we want to help you realize that dream. Responsibilities
- Build customer relationships, here we belive relationships are more important than transactions.
- We use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop relationships, schedule appointments, identify and address customer needs, and present appropriate products and services.

- Bilingual - Spanish required
- Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
