- Oversee the day to day operations of the Guest Service Agents
- Serve as agent when needed to assist guests
- Help to train agents on skills and customer service responses
- Respond to resort reviews and report all reviews to management
- Talk on the phone and assist with reservations
- Work with Resort managers on guest experiences
- Assist with set up of lobby and breakfast preparations if needed
- Inventory control of front desk store
- Oversee resort amenities for guest rooms and welcome letter for guests
- Afternoon Shift
- Typical schedule Wednesday through Sunday, but varies based on occupancy
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
- Must be willing to be on call every other week for staff questions and resort issues
- HS Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- One to two years related experience
- Knowledge of core computer programs and aptitude for working with new systems and software
- Aptitude for customer solutions and customer service
