The Grounds Guys are a landscaping and lawn care franchise with simple values outlined in our company acronym "C.A.R.E.", which are: Customers first, Attitude, Respect, and Enjoy life in the process!

You will have the flexibility to work 4-8 hours at a time with the option to add more hours based on performance. You will perform basic landscaping services alongside experienced crew leader.

Our clients trust to us to provide quality services and you are key in helping us live out our values every day.

Specific Responsibilities:

Perform landscape maintenance task such as mowing, weed-wacking, blowing, spring/fall cleanup, mulching, trimming, pruning, shrub install, etc.

Job Requirements:

Prior experience in the landscaping industry is preferred.
Valid driver’s license.
