Summary/Objective
Utilize your technical experience, expert craftsmanship, and leadership skills to advance KMS and deliver excellent customer satisfaction. An Installation Lead's primary responsibility is to oversee crew members and to install light commercial HVAC systems ensuring quality, expectations and profitability benchmarks are met. Successful candidates demonstrate strong work ethic, integrity, and a teamwork mentality.
Essential Functions

- Installation of HVAC equipment and ductwork per job scope, safety requirements and company standards
- Job preparation includes material list, job site surveyance, tool list, confirming subcontractor scheduling if needed
- Review and follow plans, blueprints, specifications, submittals, and installation instructions
- Direct and develop apprentices on a daily basis
- Comply with all safety rules and regulations
- Complete job reports, time sheet and time and material records
- Document and effectively communicate project status
Requirement
- Read and interpret blue prints
- 2 years ductwork and equipment installation experience
- Supply basic tools
- Professional and Reliable
Licensing
- Valid and insurable driver license
- Hold and maintain a valid Journeyman License
Other Requirements
Pass drug screening and background checks
Preferred Education or Experience
- OSHA 10/30
- EPA license
- Bilingual, Spanish/English
- CPR/ First Aid

Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- HVAC: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: Primarily local during the business day. Occasional overnight travel may be necessary.
