Position Details (this is an in person position)
The ideal candidate for this position not only has strong organizational and project management skills but can also take a global view of the team’s overall process, customer service and reporting and work to make improvements to ensure efficiency, visibility and communication. 

What you’ll do:
  • Works with team members and stakeholders to develop a proactive approach to executing marketing campaigns and strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Contributes to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery (including practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships).
  • Understands project objective and strategy; works with the Director of Marketing to guide the team in identifying, communicating and developing solutions for any potential problems or opportunities related to tactical execution.

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations virtually and in person
  • An enthusiasm for working collaboratively with others, and a proven ability to navigate a complex organization with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • A proactive approach to project management, allowing you to take the initiative in a challenging, fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • An understanding of the dynamic between internal creative teams and external support, and the ability to navigate this relationship and respective processes seamlessly.
  • A true love of organization and efficiency. You consistently advocate for adherence to process and structure, but are also able to operate — and manage a team — in states of uncertainty.
  • An ability to quickly respond to shifting project needs or issues and identify workflow gaps with a solution-oriented mind-set.
  • Franchising experience a plus!
