S&R Enterprises L.L.C. Structural Steel and Precast Erectors is looking to hire a qualified ironworker detailing / welding foreman who has at least 5+ years of foreman and welding experience.

At S&R the ironworker foreman will supervise and coordinate the work crew. The ironworker foreman must understand, support, and adhere to all company policies, job site policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations creating a safe work environment.

The foreman will have strong leadership qualities to motivate others to perform at their best and be able to communicate with the Superintendent, other foreman, and customers.

Requirements:

Read and understand erection / detail drawings
Stand/Walk for long durations
Able to pass drug test
Welding experience
5 years of Ironworking experience NECESSARY
Paperwork (Accurate timesheets and daily reports)
Bi-Lingual would-be a plus

Schedule

10-hour shift, Monday to Saturday

Ability to commute/relocate to Lebanon Ohio reliably

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
Benefits: Weekly Per Diem based on relocation

Compensation: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
