Job Title: Cheer Coach
Job Purpose: A cheer coach in the American Cheer department is responsible for training the athletes on the team and leading them to success on the cheer floor.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Practice plans
- Skill training
- Being informed on the rules and scoresheet
Required Qualifications:
- Previous cheerleading experience
- Previous cheer coaching experience
- Previous tumbling coaching experience and the ability to spot multiple levels of tumbling
Preferred Qualifications:
- USASF
- Varsity U
Certifications/ Education:
- USASF certification
Working Conditions:
Two locations, travel required, nights and weekends required, part time or full time, physically fit to be an active coach, and enough to walk all day at cheer competitions
Compensation: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
