What does a JCA with Paul Davis do?

Manage all phases of job costing within proprietary accounting software and QuickBooks accounting software
Maintain all accounting, computer and financial records for franchise in conjunction with a CPA
Monthly WIP adjustments
Manage A/P, A/R
Assist in audits and general ledger preparation
Comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial statements

Team Qualifications (Requirements):

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business with an emphasis in accounting, or related field
2-3 years of previous accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices and GAAP
Accurate and precise attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):

Verify timesheets and process employee payroll
Review costs vs budget for subcontractors, vendors and materials
