BHPH store manager qualifications:
  • Some Buy Here Pay here, or subprime finance experience preferred but will train the right person. 
  • Some sales or management experience
  • Strong customer focus. We are not just selling cars and “hanging paper” we work to develop long term customer relationships and set people up for success. 
  • Well organized and the ability to help implement and follow processes
  • Willingness to do whatever needs to be done to get the job completed regardless of title. We don’t have a “it’s not my job” culture. 
  • Strong moral code.  We live by a specific set of core values. 
  • Career oriented

Who would be a good fit?:
  • Manager at independent auto dealership that specializes in sub prime credit
