Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...

  • Salary plus commission and bonus opportunities. 
  • Short-term Disability Benefit and basic life insurance provided after 90 days (must qualify)

  • Paid time off (PTO) 96 hours / year initially (vacation and personal/sick days) 
    • increases based on tenure

  • Receive a licensing fee reimbursement of $250 after 90 days from start date

  • Starting salary $40,000 - $50,000

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
