Job Summary
As the Office Manager, you are responsible for the smooth, efficient, and profitable operation of the office. The Office Manager reports directly to the Operations Manager.
The Office Manager is ultimately responsible for managing other office personnel including CSRs and Dispatchers, accounts receivable, batching and exporting ServiceTitan invoices to QuickBooks and all other AP tasks designated. This role manages others, and the Office Manager is responsible for delivering performance reviews as well as any disciplinary action that is required.
Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee CSR/Dispatcher Role
- Oversees all office employees' work to ensure productively, meet deadlines, and company standards
- Assisting with dispatching, scheduling calls, emails, and online bookings
- Operate the Service TItan platform
- Deliver exceptional customer service to every customer.
Qualifications
- Proficient knowledge of QuickBooks
- Ability to manage others and maintain a team environment
- Able to comprehend and analyze large amounts of information quickly.
- Outstanding organizational skills and problem-solving.
- 3+ years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
Compensation: $14.00 - $30.00 per hour
