ROLE DESCRIPTION

State Farm Insurance Agent located in Bloomington, IN is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Allison Allen - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. We will teach you to be a risk advisor and uncover customer needs. We are looking to add someone with a winning and competitive mindset. Please take into consideration, this position will require a Property & Casualty and Life & Health license.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs required by the agent. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries 
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, and policy changes.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Taking detailed notes and completing processes
  • Retaining current customers by providing excellent customer service
  • Working with our team to achieve common goal and grown the agency 
  • Writing insurance policies
  • Claims Submission
  • Billing Clarification

Compensation: $45,000.00 per year
