I opened my agency in 2012, and before becoming an agent I spent many years as a team member - where I discovered that my passion for helping people could become a truly rewarding career. We've built a small but mighty team of 5 employees across Sales and Service, and now we are looking to grow. We have both English and Spanish speakers and are proudly located in Conroe, TX.

As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Matt Springer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Matt Springer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet clients and manage incoming calls, texts, and emails
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with basic service needs
- Initiate conversations with prospective and current customers
- Ask thoughtful, needs-based questions to understand customer situations
- Educate customers on available insurance and financial service products
- Support follow-up on quotes, renewals, and account reviews
- Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and appointment scheduling
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

- Our office is open Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 Closed Sat/Sun.
