Roles
 

Front Desk - Team works together to ensure coverage during weekday hours to answer phones, perform intake/registration and processing of new patients, greet patients, schedule patient appointments,  collect patient financial contributions, and manage accurate bank deposits and patient accounts.  Experience with Insurance Benefit Verification and Authorization processing and management a plus. 

Patient Ambassador - Work with patients to ensure they receive a 5 Star experience by surveying, interacting, and meeting with patients. 

This is a full-time position, at Professional Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine, a member of the Franklin community for over 33 years.

Must be able to work as early as 7am and as late as 8pm with an occasional Sat rotation.
