Lakeland Famous Tate is looking for an out-going, talented, positive Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for supporting our Sales Professionals to help them stay organized and complete tasks that allow them to focus on selling responsibilities.
If you are detail-oriented and take pride in being highly organized with a knack for communicating effectively, you will play a key role in helping our team stay efficient so we can serve our customers!

Responsibilities:
- Answer a multi line phone to respond to customer inquiries timely and professionally
- Perform general office duties, including drafting communication, filing, and facility management
- Acquire and distribute store supplies
- Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained
- Schedule-Must be able to work Saturday and a flexible weekday schedule, Sunday off
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of office and/or customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail, solid organization, and time management capabilities
- Positive attitude and outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- General computer proficiency
Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
