As a Kids Club Attendant, you’ll spend your days creating a safe, entertaining, and engaging environment for children while their guardians work out, relax, or focus on their fitness goals. Whether you're helping kids build their creativity, playing games, or ensuring a fun time, you’ll be part of the action, ensuring a positive experience for everyone!
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome members, prospective members, and guests with high energy and excitement!

Create a fun, interactive, and safe environment where kids can thrive and enjoy their time at the gym.

Supervise and engage with children through creative play, games, arts and crafts, or fitness-inspired activities.
- Provide top-notch customer service by assisting members and resolving issues with a smile.
- Handle administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.

Maintain a clean environment by ensuring the Kids Club area is tidy, sanitized, and organized.
- Ensure all gym systems and processes are followed to guarantee the safety and enjoyment of kids and members alike.

Enforce rules and regulations while keeping the Kids Club safe, clean, and fun!
Qualifications:
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certified (or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire).

Patience and understanding when dealing with children and their families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll be talking to kids, parents, and teammates!
