Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Officer, who will be overseeing all the Group homes Operations in Tucson Area 
 
Responsibilities 
  • Going through all documentation in all Group Homes, Making sure they conform to the division's Policy and Company Policy 
  • inspect all members' files to make sure we are not lacking anything and that what we have is correct and up-to-date 
  • Making sure all managers are doing their Jobs and all incident reports are done correctly .
  • making sure that the quality of care to members is done according the the company policies and also, making sure no member's right is violated.
 
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred.
  • First aid and CPR certified, Article 9, prevention and support, Direct care license, and social security card.  
  • Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
  • Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal spills

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.50 per hour
