Call Force One is a service that takes food orders for pizza restaurants across the country. Must have good communication skills, attention to detail and possess a good work ethic. Hours of operation are Sunday to Thursday 10:00AM to 10:00 PM and Friday-Saturday 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Must have evening and weekend availability. Full & Part Time positions available.

Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and take orders for pizza restaurants. Fast paced.
Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a fast paced environment, call center experience preferred.
Professional telephone etiquette with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with softphones preferred.
Hard worker who is dependable, dedicated and self motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask while following a systematic approach to customer service delivery; maintaining a balance between quality and quantity

Qualifications:
Passion for providing great customer care
Must be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision under varying conditions
Flexibility to work varied hours, days, including some holidays.
Weekend and evening availability
