Maid Brigade of Prosper has been cleaning houses in the Prosper area since 2022!
We clean homes in Prosper, Celina, Aubrey, Gunter, Little Elm, Denton, Anna, Melissa, Pilot Point, and their neighboring towns.
We are a local company with an excellent reputation and a stable and constantly growing clientele. We are looking for kind people to clean nice houses.

Our office operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We arrived at our first house between 8:00 and 9:00. We finish between 15:00 and 18:00, depending on the workload and availability of each person.

- We have a company vehicle for teams, or if you prefer, you can drive your own car and we will pay you for the mileage.
Benefits:
- Competitive salaries. The commission ranges from $15.00 to $22.00 per hour, with the possibility of overtime pay and tips. Your efficiency in the team influences your profits!

Compensation and benefits:
- Weekend Rest - Only work Monday through Friday, no night shifts.
- Non-toxic and safe cleaning products and equipment are provided.
- Free uniforms are provided during business hours.
- Mileage expenses are reimbursed if you drive your personal vehicle.
- On-the-job vocational training and continuing education are included.
- Paid vacation after 90 days of employment (6 paid holidays).
- Paid vacation after one year of employment.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to work.
- Candidates must reside within a maximum of 30 minutes drive from our office in Prosper (450 Business Park Drive, Suite 104, Prosper, TX, 75078).
- Possess a valid driver's license (preferred) and be able to drive a company car.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. (required) – Proof of eligibility or authorization to work
- Go through a background check
- You must have a properly functioning smartphone for our app and be a non-smoker.
- Ideally, you should be available to work in shifts from 7:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- You must work well with others and be a good team player.
- You must be responsible, self-motivated, reliable, courteous, have a positive attitude, be detail-oriented, honest, and kind.
- You will be responsible for supplies, residence keys, files, and other personal information.
- Must be able to lift objects up to 9 kg (supply boxes, backpack vacuum).
- Standing and bending over during cleaning for long periods of time.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
