- Ability to work 25+ hours per week, including most but not all weekends
- Monday availability from 11 AM to 4:30 PM (our mandatory weekly meeting)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with children is a plus
- Health and fitness-focused
- Effective time management
- Commitment to training hard and taking direction well/easily
- Extroverted character personality – our team leads, assists, demonstrates and performs various elements in classes with up to 20 children (most classes with their parents)
- Background in theatre, dance, sports, child development, recreation, kinesiology, or fitness
- Clean background check
- Starts at $16.75 per hour or higher depending on qualified experience
- The average trained team member earns $17-$21 per hour
- Additional premiums for specialty and coordinator roles
- Additional premiums for trained party leads and assistants
- Tips - Our families are very generous and take good care of our party hosts on weekends
