Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of lawn maintenance associates, assigning projects and following up to make sure that it is done correctly.
- Lawn Crew: Mowing, edging, weed-eating, hand trimming, hand pulling weeds, and possible installation of landscaping
- Install/maintenance of irrigation systems
- Maintain equipment and supplies
- Respond quickly in the event of an emergency
- Perform other maintenance duties as requested
Requirements:
- Supervisory skills to motivate and direct a team for best performance
- High school diploma/GED required
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
- Clean driver’s license and experience in driving a box truck
- Able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, depending on the task: including baling machine, leaf blowers, lawn mowers and small hand tools, irrigation systems
- Able to work well with minimal supervision
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
