Future Opening: Sales Manager
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and lead a team of 4-8 sales reps to drive sales and customer satisfaction in the territory. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for hiring and mentoring the sales team, developing and implementing a sales plan to achieve company revenue goals, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through networking and client meetings, and managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. You will also work closely with our CEO to analyze market trends and assess the competitiveness of our products and services, and collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Participating in and setting up company tradeshows
- Executing the company's Popcorn Marketing plan
- Maintaining the sales vehicle to company standards
- Following up on quotes that were not closed
- Maintaining accurate customer information and data in the company CRM
- Providing regular sales reports to upper management
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of success in sales and team leadership, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to think strategically. A background in the soft washing industry is preferred, but not required.
