Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and caring Dental Assistant to join our team! As a Dental Assistant, you will provide exceptional patient care while assisting the dentist with a variety of clinical procedures. You'll prepare treatment rooms, assist during procedures, and help create a welcoming experience for every patient. We offer competitive pay ranging from $20-$28/hr, based on experience. If you do not currently have your radiology certification, we will pay for your certifcation. Responsibilities
- Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
- Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have
- Take vital signs and accurately record medical history
- Take Digital radiographs
- Prep sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and procedures
- Assist the dentist during procedures and exams
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
- Schedule appointments
Qualifications
- Dental assisting experience preferred.
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Radiology certification is a plus, but not required - we will pay for qualified candidates to obtain their certification
Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
