Position Overview:
 
Building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with our customers, providing support to the sales team, and managing customer projects
Duties:
 
v  Own the CRM system and process for inputting all contacts and updates
v  Estimating, ticket preparation, scheduling, proofing and follow up for customer projects
v  Problem resolution on projects
v  Work with Production and Fulfillment Teams to manage projects for on time delivery
v  Works with CS team to handle all calls and customer visits both timely and professionally 
v  On-boarding of new customers
 
Job Requirements:
 
v  Customer service – YES. Behavior always exhibited—you own the project
v  Participate in development of sales plan and driving necessary results
v  Accurate estimate and production ticket creation, communication and follow up
v  On time and accurate billing of projects and account follow up
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
