- Companion Caregiver: $14.00/hr
- PCA: $15.00/hr
- CNA: $16.50/hr
- Nursing Assistant: $15.50/hr
- Plus, a $0.50 raise after completing your training!

Your Responsibilities as a Caregiver
💬 Provide warm companionship and engaging conversation with our clients.
🛁 Assist with personal care tasks like bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom needs, and feeding.
🧺 Help with light housekeeping, including laundry and linen changes.
👗 Assist with dressing and helping clients pick out clothes for the day.
🍽️ Plan and prepare delicious, healthy meals for clients.
💊 Remind clients about their medications to keep them on track.
🚗 Provide transportation to and from appointments, helping clients live more independently.
🏠 Help educate families on safe caregiving techniques.
What You’ll Need to Qualify:
🎓 CNA license or PCA certification (or be willing to get it)
🙏 A heart for treating clients with dignity and respect
📋 Ability to follow the client’s care plan and provide quality care
🚙 Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
🔄 Flexibility to adapt to new situations
🐶 Comfort with small pets (dogs and/or cats)
📞 Reliability in being reachable for shift updates, emergencies, or client needs
💪 Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
🧠 Prior experience with dementia care or senior care? You’re already ahead of the game!
✅ Must pass a background check
