Summary:
Entry Level Position. Requirements include but are not limited to having basic maintenance skills accompanied by a strong desire to learn and grow in a high- end luxury resort environment. We are looking for the right person to join our team that embodies the desire to grow and develop with an eye on the future. Essential Duties:
  • Perform preventative maintenance and associated general repairs in a timely manner.
  • Notify the COA supervisor of any safety issues noted during daily tasks.
  • Use preventive maintenance to maintain equipment and tools as assigned.
  • Ensure that all work areas are cleaned and returned to the highest standards.
  • Perform daily/weekly inspections as required by the COA supervisor.
  • Perform other duties, functions, and special projects as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent customer service/hospitality skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • 2 years proven maintenance experience in a multi-family or hotel/resort environment.
  • Proficient in 2 of the required trade skills.
  • Ability to use or be instructed on the use of a Work Pad for job reporting.
Physical Requirements:

  • Be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
  • Be able to stand/walk for entire shift.
  • Be able to climb ladders and stairs.
  • Must be able to work effectively by kneeling, bending, lifting.
  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Paid Internship Program
Gain hands-on experience during college breaks. Spectrum Resorts offers internships in three areas of the resort.
