- Attend trade shows and business events representing NerdsToGo as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs, ensuring NerdsToGo is the preferred locally outsourced IT provider.
- Address client inquiries, feedback, and potential challenges swiftly.
- Monitor sales leads, conversions, and client feedback.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
- Achieve sales targets in congruence with franchise objectives.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in locally outsourced IT services and technology solutions.
- Attend routine training sessions and workshops.
- Collaborate with the tech team for smooth client integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. (Preferred but not required)
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, ideally in the technology or IT outsourcing domain.
- Understanding of locally outsourced IT services and the SMB landscape.
- Stellar verbal and written communication abilities.
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Capable of cultivating relationships and networking proficiently.
- Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset, adapting effortlessly to a vibrant environment.
