Join a motivated, upbeat and enthusiastic team in Danville's favorite fitness studio! SPENGA combines the three essential elements of fitness to create what is simply known as the Best. Workout. Ever. Our unique concept delivers a combination of spin, strength, and yoga in every 60-minute session, and is designed to help improve your endurance, strength, and flexibility.

Position Summary: A SPENGA Front Desk Manager is a positive, energetic and efficient individual who is highly motivated and goal-oriented. Our FDMs book prospects, follow up on lead generation, achieve and surpass sales goals and help grow our studio. FDMs help manage the studio and welcome and care for our members. We are currently looking for someone with flexible hours to work a mostly opening/daytime shifts, with some options of closing shifts and weekends. We are a team-centric environment, where everyone pitches in on all fronts - bring your enthusiasm and energy and come help us deliver a fantastic member experience!
 
Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Previous sales and/or management experience; preferably high end goods or services
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Motivation and drive
  • Experience with the MindBody platform is a HUGE plus! 
  • Experience and/or knowledge in personal training, group training, spin and yoga are a plus
  • Social media skills a plus

 Job Requirements:

  • Check in members
  • Assist/work front desk/ childcare staff
  • Meet and exceed sales and retention expectations
  • Retain and increase client participation
  • Assist with daily operations
  • Assist with inventory management
  • Help with community outreach efforts
  • Set up and reset studio equipment before and after sessions
  • Maintain clean facility
  • As a SPENGA ambassador, you will sell and add to the SPENGA culture in and outside of the studio
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
