I have been a State Farm agent for six years and spent eight years with State Farm prior to opening my agency. My background is in public relations, advertising, and technology, which helped develop my passion for communication, relationship-building, and helping people find solutions that fit their needs.
Today, I lead a team of five and have worked hard to create an environment where people feel supported, valued, and motivated to succeed. We believe that strong relationships (both with our customers and with each other), are the foundation of a successful agency.
Giving back to the community is important to us. We stay involved through local sports camps, outreach efforts for the homeless, and other community-focused initiatives. Making a positive impact beyond the office is something we genuinely care about.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Alexander Weyer - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
