Your Role on the Team (Job Functions):
- Applicants must have a high degree of professionalism; be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel skills, and Outlook.
- We are a customer service driven company. You must be resilient under pressure with even temperament- experience working to speak with customers on a consistent basis, de-escalate challenging customer issues and provide a superior customer service experience.
- Be an independent worker/self-motivated and reliable.
- Answer and direct incoming customer service calls.
- Respond to email requests.
- Create and process letters to residents.
- Process formal requests and forms from residents and get over to the manager for the community.
- Update notes in software system after working with a resident.
- Open and distribute mail within the office.
- Process community mailers.
- Data entry (amendment trackers, new owner information, upload documents to owner portals, save updated documents to the server, update summaries etc.).
- Maintain Renter and Lessee Rosters.
- Process key fobs for residents.
- Process exterior modification applications and request from residents.
- Assist with annual meeting print outs/copy preparation.
- Assist with communicating community notifications to residents.
- Other duties as assigned
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
