Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000+ (Uncapped Commission + Paid Training)

- Self-Motivation: An entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in a high-reward, commission-based structure.
- Professional Integrity: A preference for honest, consultative selling rather than high-pressure tricks.
