Position Overview

Position will start part time MON/WED/FRI 8:30am-5:00pm until fully licensed then will be full time.

Responsibilities
- Set appointments for Agent and Team Members
- Assist walk in customers in our lobby
- Answer phones and take payments/answer questions/policy changes
- Use our texting app to text customers for reviews
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, coverages, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Cold call on outbound leads

Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
