Skills/Qualifications needed:
• Must have reliable transportation
• Available to work extended hours, varying shifts, nights and weekends (When needed)
• Valid State driver's license (in good standing) a plus
• Able to speak/write english , speak spanish a plus
•Must be able to work at heights

•Physically able to climb, stand, walk, kneel, and crouch for extended periods of time

•Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time to lift and carry roofing materials

•Authorized to work in the United States

•Enormous potential to promote from within

Compensation: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour

Position Overview

Specialist in Water Damage - Advanced is an expert in the drying and repair of residential buildings, large commercial, industrial and institutional buildings and their contents. We are local ONLY, no need to worry about traveling out of state.
Specialized drying, practical knowledge of the electrical demand of the drying equipment and the determination of temporary energy needs. We are proficient in the use of scopes f work and floor plans and are familiar with the integration of heating, cooling and ventilation (HVAC) systems to enhance the drying systems. During Monsoon situations, advanced specialists can lead multiple teams and take on significant production responsibility. With this position you will learn the science of drying from a MSR (Master Water Restorer) and MWR (Master Water Restorer) on staff.
