  • Bi-lingual English & Mandarin
  • Ability to handle high-volume work.
  • Expert organizational and follow through skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail, Ability to meet demanding deadlines.
  • Positive, energetic and able to take constructive feedback.
Responsibilities:  
  • Communicate with students and parents.
  • Maintain student files
  • Front desk duties
  • Schedule counselor meeting
  • Hold classes as a class manager.
Work hours:

  • Tuesday-Friday: 12:00 PM-8:30 PM
  • Saturday: 10AM-6:30PM 
  • Off: Monday and Sunday
Education Requirements:
 
Associate degree or equivalent experience

 Job Type: Full-time
 
 
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
