Job Summary

Advise and consult customers on vehicle service needs. Create repair orders for customers and communicate with the service department.

Responsibilities

Open store
Promptly meet and greet customers with a warm demeanor
Determine the nature of customer concerns and needs
Create Repair Order accurately describing detailed service to be performed
Review Digital Vehicle Inspection completed by technician and creates an accurate estimate for presentation to customer
Present estimate for repairs and maintenance needed by vehicle to the customer
Order parts needed to complete repair and or maintenance and communicate approval to technicians
Review completed repairs or services performed with customers and collects payment
Maintain cleanliness of showroom and re-stock display as needed
Perform daily cash/sales procedures at close of business day
Complies with Company Quality Control Program, Company Safety Policy, OSHA and EPA regulations
Close store

Desired Qualifications

High School graduate or comparable vocational training
Knowledge of computerized sales and marketing software
Knowledge of auto/truck tire, lubrication and maintenance issues
Experience using NAPA TRACS, Prodemand, Real Time Labor Guide and vehicle service manuals to research and build the estimate accurately
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years experience in a retail environment, preferably auto/truck tire, lubrication and maintenance
- 3+ years experience as a Service Advisor in an auto repair store, auto dealership or comparable professional environment.
- Experience as a vehicle mechanic or lubrication technician

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
