Position: Administrative Assistant

Reports To: Director of Operations

What does an Administrative Assistant with Paul Davis do?  

The list of competencies is not all inclusive and may expand to include other areas of responsibilities as Owner may deem necessary from time to time: 

· Fields calls from customers and team members and builds rapport
· Oversees office administrative operations and creates systems
· Assist production and sales to ensure efficiency and performance
· Likes to create and follow systems while helping others to follow them as well
· Update and coordinate office activities
· Assists in billing and collections as needed
Shift: Monday - Friday
 Work hours: 8am – 5pm, Weekends upon request
 Education: No Degree Required

Team Qualifications (Requirements): 

  • Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most
  • Proficient with variety of current technology and software programs
  • Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
  • Sound planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
Skills Desired of Team Member:

  • Demonstrates positive attitude and work ethic
  • Prior experience in distribution and picking systems preferred
  • Basic Math Skills
  • Self-motivated to get results 
  • Effectively schedules ahead while maintaining flexibility 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Is sufficient and professional with written communication 
  • Enjoys working hard and putting together agreements
  • Serve others within your community in their time of need
